As approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, Ms. Chitra Mohan who is the Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Parent Company was also designated as the Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel for SMERA. Further, as decided by the Board Ms. Mohan shall continue to draw remuneration from only one organization i.e. Acuité Ratings & Research Limited (Parent Company).
